Whole-property lease

The full Veyrai at Shadyside: six bedrooms, three floors, three kitchens, two laundries, private entrances per floor. Designed for executive relocations, project mobilizations, leadership offsites, and extended assignments where the team needs to be together but not on top of each other.

Floor-by-floor

Lease one or two floors of a Veyrai residence. Each floor has its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, and bath suite per bedroom. Good for rotating leadership, traveling delegations, or programs where two cohorts need to share a building but not a space.

Individual residences

A single bedroom suite within a residence, billed monthly. Useful for one consultant, one executive, one new hire who needs a soft landing in the DMV.
