The Veyrai is a Residence Club: a brand framework that holds every stay to the same standard. Becoming a Member is free. Reserving a residence requires signing a residence-specific lease or licence agreement at the time of booking, in accordance with Maryland law.

You are welcome to browse the site and use it to contact us, apply for Membership, or reserve a residence. Use the site lawfully, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not copy our photography, text, or brand assets for commercial purposes without written permission.

Applying for Membership is a non-binding expression of interest. We will reach out when a residence you have asked about becomes available. You can withdraw your application at any time by replying to any message we have sent, or writing to hello@theveyrai.com.

Reservations submitted through this site are requests, not confirmations. A member of our team reviews every request personally, typically within 24 hours, and confirms the details and lease terms specific to the residence. A reservation is not binding until the lease or licence agreement for that residence is signed and the initial payment is received.

All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, security deposits, and refund conditions are set out in the residence-specific lease or licence agreement.

Each residence has a small set of house rules oriented toward the comfort of other Members and the condition of the home. The rules for the residence you reserve will be shared with you before you arrive and form part of your agreement.

The Veyrai name, wordmark, V mark, photography, written content, and overall design of this site are the property of Veyrai and protected by copyright and trademark. You may share links to the site freely; any other commercial use requires written permission.

Some parts of the site, such as the reservation booking flow, are powered by third-party services that operate under their own terms. We partner only with providers who meet our privacy and security standards.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is always current or that the site is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of this site is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these terms as The Veyrai evolves. The date above reflects the most recent revision. If a change is material, we will give Members notice before it takes effect.
