How is The Veyrai different from a hotel, an Airbnb, or a corporate apartment?
A hotel is a room. An Airbnb is someone else’s home. A corporate apartment is beige. The Veyrai is a Residence Club: a small, curated portfolio of homes built and operated to a single standard, reserved by Members for stays from 31 days to indefinitely.
Do I need to be a Member to reserve?
Yes. Membership is by application and there is no fee to apply. We review every applicant to protect the standard for every Member. Most decisions are returned within 24 hours.
How does pricing work?
Every stay includes furnishings, utilities, high-speed internet, and Member concierge. Housekeeping is available on a biweekly schedule. There are no resort fees, no cleaning fees on departure, no surprises. Investment depends on stay length and is shared on reservation.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. Let your concierge know and we’ll handle the paperwork.
What if I need to leave early?
Mid-Term and Extended stays can be modified with notice. The terms are explicit on your reservation. We don’t believe in trapping anyone.
Can my partner or family stay with me?
Additional occupants are welcome with prior approval. Let us know when you apply and we will confirm the arrangement for your unit.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at any Veyrai residence.
Is parking included?
Yes. On-site parking is included at every Veyrai residence.
How quickly can I move in?
Most reservations are confirmed within 24 hours and move-in scheduled within 7 days. Urgency? Tell your concierge.
Where will The Veyrai be next?
The DMV is the beginning. New residences are announced first to Members and applicants.
